What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality, hands-on care in a friendly outpatient setting. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. Guide patients through exercises, mobility work, and functional activities. Document patient progress using the clinic's modern EMR system. Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to adjust care and ensure strong outcomes. Help create a positive, welcoming clinic environment as the clinic grows.
What We Are Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license, or license eligibility with an exam date already scheduled. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A heart for patient care and a desire to be part of a collaborative team. Excited about being part of a new, growing clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required.
Schedule
Monday to Friday. Choice of four 10-hour shifts per week (with a weekday off) or 8-hour shifts. Full-time preferred, part-time considered.
Compensation and Benefits
The position pays $36 - $45 per hour. A sign on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered.
