About the Opportunity
This well-established outpatient practice specializes in spinal care, headaches and TMD, chronic pain problems, thoracic outlet syndrome, and vestibular/balance difficulties.
The team draws on a range of established manual therapy and pain science approaches, including McKenzie and NOI.
The practice serves patients of all ages in a spacious facility with up to date gym equipment including weight machines, gym balls, and rollers.
The practice is committed to excellence, not just in patient outcomes, but in the way it supports its clinicians. Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, it focuses on specific areas of practice, allowing the team to go deeper, refine their expertise, and challenge each other to grow. This focused approach fosters real collaboration and meaningful clinical development.
The team thrives on continuous learning and shared growth. They meet twice a month for education and hands-on practice, and all staff are encouraged to bring back and share insights from continuing education courses. It's a place where curiosity is welcomed and clinical excellence is a shared goal.
The clinic itself is bright, modern, and spacious. The gym is filled with natural light, and the treatment rooms are private, comfortable, and generously sized.
Outside the clinic, Sonoma County offers a lifestyle that's hard to beat. With endless opportunities for hiking, cycling, climbing, and water sports (both river and ocean), it's the perfect place to live for someone who loves the outdoors.
The practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time Staff Physical Therapist to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care, eager to grow clinically, and enjoys working in a team-centered environment.
The workday is designed to support both quality care and quality of life. Physical Therapists treat patients one-on-one in 40-minute sessions, with dedicated documentation time built into the schedule.
What You Will Do

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and payer requirements. Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. Participate in staff meetings, clinical education, and community outreach as needed.
