The Role

This is a staff Physical Therapist position with no leadership duties. Full time employment is salaried, and part time employment is considered with hourly pay. Future growth into leadership may be available for clinicians interested in developing in that direction.

This opportunity is available in Overland Park. Candidates interested in the other clinic in Blue Springs, MO are also welcome, and the practice can adjust staffing between locations to accommodate location preferences.

Compensation

The annual staff Physical Therapist salary is $75,000 to $95,000 based on experience. Clinicians one to two years out of school should expect the lower end of the range. Higher compensation may be considered for the right candidate, and part time compensation is hourly.

Schedule and Patient Care

Clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The productivity target is 40 patient visits per week, with one patient per hour and typically four units per visit.

Benefits

Full time benefits include health insurance with 50% of the employee premium covered, available dental insurance, a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% employer match, and two weeks of paid time off.

Experience and Certifications

New graduates are welcome, and there is no minimum experience requirement. No additional certifications are required; vestibular training and dry needling are a plus.

Interview Process

The process begins with an initial interview, usually by phone or video, with an in person option if preferred. This is followed by a clinic shadow visit, then an offer letter and employment contract.
