About the Practice
This is not a typical outpatient clinic. The practice treats complex musculoskeletal dysfunction, post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, and concussion in patients ranging from adolescents to older adults.
Mentorship is central to how the clinic operates, and it comes from advanced-trained NAIOMT and IMPACT faculty clinicians.
The Role
You will carry a diverse caseload that builds advanced manual, vestibular, and concussion expertise, with structured mentorship supporting your clinical decisions along the way.
Schedule
Schedules are flexible with no weekends, either four ten-hour days or five days per week. Full-time and part-time are both options.
What We Are Looking For
Candidates must be Colorado licensed or license eligible. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
Benefits include major medical, dental, and vision, with health premiums seventy to seventy-five percent employer paid and dental and vision fifty percent employer paid pre-tax, a 401(k) with up to a four percent employer match, and an FSA option.
New hires typically receive three weeks of vacation, which is negotiable, plus seven observed holidays and accrued paid sick and safe time. Continuing education is funded at $1,500 per twelve-month period, with more possible toward manual therapy certification.
