About the Practice
This is a family-owned, therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Boulder. The clinic runs with a team of about five therapists and four front desk staff, and the owner still treats full time.
Care is genuinely one-on-one. There are no PT aides, visits are thirty minutes, and a typical day is around fifteen patients.
The Role
You will treat an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine caseload with a high degree of autonomy. Therapists here are supported in their own treatment approach, without corporate protocols or red tape, and there is a clear growth path into a Clinic Director or management role.
Schedule
You build your own schedule: four ten-hour days or five eights, weekdays only, within clinic hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Full-time is preferred but part-time will be considered.
What We Are Looking For
One to two years of outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience is preferred, and strong new graduates will be considered. Candidates relocating to the Colorado Front Range are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is $75,000 to $95,000 per year, salaried regardless of visit volume, so no-shows and late cancellations do not cut your paycheck.
Benefits include health insurance at fifty percent employer paid, a 401(k) with a three percent match after one year, separate sick and vacation time, and a continuing education benefit.
